Gorey Business and Technology park
DCSP gained planning permission for a Gorey based developer for the 20 million phase 1 of a 40 acre commercial development. The initial phase includes office space, builders merchants, wholesale, enterprise and light industrial units. The quality of the design and pre-planning work undertaken by DCSP is underlined by the planning process taking under 8 weeks for the planning decision

Kilmuckridge Community Centre receives €1m grant
The DCS+P designed new childcare facility in Kilmuckridge received a welcome boost with the announcement of almost €1 million in government funding to go towards its construction.
Minister Brendan Smith TD announced a grant award of €985,000 to Kilmuckridge childcare facility, under the National Childcare Investment Programme (NCIP)

DCS wins Wexford County Council E-Tender
The DCS group are delighted to be the appointed Architectural and Quantity Surveying consultants. Services include the Design development, Tender and Construction of the proposed artists Studios at the historic Duncannon Fort, Wexford. This prestigious project will involve the sensitive restoration of the existing "Burkes house" within the Fort complex.
