Design Cost Studios is a multi discipline firm of chartered Architects, Building Surveyors and Quantity surveyors. Our architecture divisions trading name is DCS+P architects.
We are a unique practice in the South East of Ireland and one of only a handful of firms nationwide to offer our clients the full range of multi discipline services in architecture, building surveying, cost consulting and project management.
The multi discipline approach allows a single point of responsibility and ensures projects are reviewed internally from both a design and financial aspect. And can also be monitored from a cost control perspective during construction allowing an added level of comfort for our clients.
To date, we have completed a large variety of projects from unique stylised individual domestic commissions, original residential housing estates and apartment developments, functional and contemporary retail and office developments, mixed use developments and health sector – nursing homes.
