DCS Group

The DCS Group is the only multi-discipline practice of Architects, Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors in the south east of Ireland and was established in 2001. Our focus is to provide our clients with a service where design, technology and costing are strongly linked at design sketch commencement, rather than a project design being developed in isolation from other key disciplines.

The benefit for our architecture clients is that they receive a more comprehensive service where design and costing are viewed holistically rather than separately. Thereby accelerating the design process and maximising the client’s budget to the clients brief.

For our commercial clients, the benefit is that we can provide all professional services with the exception of Structural and Civil Engineering services from one office. Making best use of their time and resources.
