An urban town centre site development consisting of 14
houses. The client’s brief was to increase the value of the
site with a view to possible development by the local vestry
or sale by public auction. The housing units were
specifically designed to cater for a neglected section of
the housing market. Thereby reducing competition with other
nearby developments. The target market was first time buyers
stepping up slightly in size and quality.
The contemporary design of the 14 houses on the 1 acre site
enhanced the sale of the site (with planning permission).
