A small town centre site of only 414m2 consisting of 8 apartments and 1 retail unit in an established residential area just off the Wexford main street. Public consultation was an important part of the design process, to allow the local residents believe in the project and establish faith in the developer. Discussions with Duchas – the Department of Environment, heritage section were also important, as the site bounds the ancient Wexford Town Wall.
