Located in the centre of Wexford town just off the historic Cornmarket area. The brief was to provide contemporary office accommodation. Incorporating elements of industrial design, in order to give the impression of converted warehouse setting while retaining the feel of the original courtyard setting. Which the client had seen throughout his time in London. This was achieved by utilising natural rustic materials such as local Carnew stone, railway sleepers to the lintels above windows and doors. The organic form of the buildings varying in height and massing was to develop the a3esthetic appeal of the development and create a sense of intimacy.
