A design of cutting edge minimalism, this was a site that had planning established and was then re-applied for a more modern house. The site is situated is scenic area which is also an established housing area with houses to either side, but it also possessed the perfect sun aspect and excellent views. Which were the basis of the design brief. An excellent example of modern house design can have a minimal visual impact on the landscape.
